Common instructions for cashless hospitalization:

• Preauthorization or approval from concerned TPA or insurance company is compulsory for cashless hospitalization.
• Prior consultation by treating consultant is mandatory for cashless hospitalization and preauthorization process.
• Patient has to produce his or her Insurance ID and any ID proof like PAN, Aadhar etc. for cashless process.
• Minimum 1 to 2 working days are required after primary consultation to process the planned cashless hospitalization.
• Any additional cost which is not covered or approved by the insurance company must be paid by the patient.
• Normally OPD based procedures are not covered and so cashless is not provided for OPD based procedure.
• List of empaneled TPA or insurance company might change without prior notice
